Local food for lovely breakfast. Neat and bright room with a microwave oven, an air conditioning, and an iron. Exceptional service during my special stay. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Location just next door to the more peaceful mountains as well as the hill. Also, in the common cozy area.

Having an electric kettle and a washing machine in the economy triple room was a thoughtful touch. 🙌 the fairly clean bathroom had a bidet, which was a nice addition.

My wife says that having a kettle in the room would have been helpful, as we had to ask for tea and coffee whenever we needed it. It would also be useful to have a note with the WiFi code and clarify that the address tuk-tuk drivers need is Hewaheta Road, not Royal Way.

I even had the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful dinner prepared by the staff. the stunning views from the hotel added to the overall amazing experience.
